Member Data Compilation and Outreach Specialist

Position Overview:
NATHEALTH is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Member Data Compilation and Outreach Specialist to join our team. The primary focus of this role is to compile and analyse member data effectively while also leading outreach initiatives to expand our membership base. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for data accuracy, strong communication skills, and a strategic mindset to drive membership growth.

Key Responsibilities:

• • Compile and maintain accurate member data, ensuring completeness and integrity.
  • Analyze member data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement in membership engagement.
  • Develop and implement outreach strategies to attract and onboard new members.
  • Utilize various communication channels, including email, phone calls, social media,
    and networking events, to engage with prospective members.
  • Customize outreach approaches based on the needs and interests of different target
    audiences.
  • Track and evaluate the effectiveness of outreach efforts, making data-driven
    recommendations for optimization.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on outreach activities and membership data
    analysis.
  • Work closely with internal teams to ensure a seamless onboarding process for new
    members.
  • Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, communications, or related field.
    3-5 years of experience in data compilation, analysis, and outreach, preferably in a
    membership-based organization.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and draw actionable
    insights.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to
    articulate value propositions effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel, and experience with CRM
    software.
  • Familiarity with outreach tools and techniques, such as email marketing platforms
    and social media management tools, is a plus.
  • Results-driven mindset with an ability to work independently and collaboratively in
    a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
  • Passion for engaging with potential members and driving membership growth.

This is a full-time position based in Delhi. The Member Data Compilation and
Outreach Specialist will report to the Senior Deputy Director, NATHEALTH.
