Designation: Admin Assistant

Qualification: Any Bachelor’s degree

Experience levels: 2-3yrs

Location: Gurgaon



  • Planning and preparing monthly reports pertaining to finance required for maintaining office infrastructure and facilities.
  • Coordinating with event Management, organizing meetings, conferences, making travel arrangements and hotel bookings.
  • Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports.
  • Develop and maintain a filing system.
  • Ensure the stock of office supplies and stationaries.
  • Organize and maintain important and confidential documents such as lease agreements, statutory licenses etc.
  • Managing repair, maintenance & replacement of office equipment’s, appliances, furniture, furnishings, etc.,
  • Process supplier invoices & payment follow up with internal stakeholders.
  • It is good to have someone with experience in Secretarial activities / Travel Booking / Calendar Management
  • Coordinate and maintain the calendar including organizing all appointments, meetings, conferences, etc. Manage travel plans, itineraries, and agendas.
  • Should be able to organize internal and external meetings, events, and teleconferences, including booking venues and taking minutes as required.
  • Always maintain confidentiality and privacy which is necessary and appropriate for the discharge of the role and responsibilities.
  • Should have adequate knowledge to work in a multi-tasking environment and have skills in managing and coordinating.


Essential Skills:

  • Knowledge of office management systems and procedures
  • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint, in MS Word)
  • Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
  • The candidate should be a quick learner with the ability to grasp and understand new responsibilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task and have skills in managing and coordinating.
  • Should be comfortable to work on weekends as and when required.
  • Candidate with federation experience is an additional advantage.
