Corridors filled with the injured lying on stretchers, overcrowded rooms and a never-ending influx of wounded passengers. The government district hospital in Odisha’s Balasore resembled a medical facility in a war zone on Saturday.
This was after the horrific train accident in Balasore on Friday night, that left at least 288 dead and 900 injured. Many of the injured were rushed to these two hospitals.
