Jayyaa has 12 years in the realm of not-for-profit and social enterprises. With her extensive experience, Jayyaa has made invaluable contributions to both international and national initiatives, leaving an indelible mark in the sector. Her most notable achievement includes her pivotal role in India’s largest COVID-19 vaccination program. She demonstrated extraordinary acumen in devising strategies, executing risk communications, and providing crucial technical assistance to the government at both national and state levels. Her efforts significantly contributed to the successful ramping up of COVID-19 vaccination efforts across the country, showcasing her unwavering commitment to public health.

In addition to her commendable work in the pandemic response, she has played a key role in managing partnerships with key stakeholders, capacity building, program design, and project implementation in various organizations. Her expertise extends to diverse thematic areas such as reproductive, maternal, and child health, adolescents’ well-being, gender equality, eye health, and immunization.

Additional Director (North and East India Region), NATHEALTH

Mr Sachin Sharma comes with 15 years of experience in healthcare, infrastructure, real estate, ports and shipping, energy and sustainability, road infrastructure, and smart cities. He is an expert in producing and managing high-level conferences, policy advocacy, research whitepapers/market reports, funding/investment, start-ups, marketing, and communications. He also has experience in government affairs, corporate affairs, and industry relations, and has delivered multiple Make-in-India events & delegations in India, Dubai, and Singapore. He has previously worked with well-known companies such as Poly Medicure Ltd, FICCI, Grant Thornton, Colliers International, and CRISIL. He holds a first-class MBA (Dual) in Marketing and Retail Management from K.C. College of Management Studies, Mumbai, as well as a Bachelor of Commerce (Management) Degree from H.R. College of Commerce and Economics in Mumbai.

He is an avid traveller and loves to explore new places. Currently, he is living in New Delhi with her wife and one school-going child.

Additional Director – Policy Advocacy

Anugrah brings over 11+ years of experience in Public Health and Healthcare sector. She joined NATHEALTH in 2021 and has been managing and leading Government Partnership (PPP) Specialist and Northern Region Role. Recently focusing on Government Partnership, strengthening government relations, managing government led programs, meetings and communications. Developing, maintaining, and intensifying contacts with relevant government institutions and authorities at both central and state levels, representatives of other Philanthropic organizations, civil society organizations contributing towards building a knowledge base for regulatory context through liaison and advocacy with government agencies.

In her previous stint at CII (Confederation of Indian Industry) she handled various roles spanning advocacy, program delivery and public health partnership interface shaping coherent healthcare policies and interfacing with regulatory authorities. She was part of various programs on NCDs (including Cervical Cancer, Breast Cancer, and Diabetes Mgmt.), Immunization and CDs (TB being one of the flagship programs).

Additional Director– Operations, Compliance and Special Initiatives

A Qualified post graduate professional with specialization in HRM; offering nearly 9 years of rich and extensive experience in the areas of Collaborative Initiatives like Government meetings, Stakeholder management and Administration within Healthcare & Infrastructure sector. Complete areas of Event management, with key focus on organizational development and profitability.

Key specializations include: Building and maintaining relationships with Industry Leaders, offices of decision- makers in the Government & different ministries like: NHA, NITI AAYOG, MOHFW, DOP, DIPP. Expertise in Government liaising, compliance with government regulatory authorities & their statutory obligations. Co-ordinating with various embassies and organizations.

Senior Director, NATHEALTH

Anwesha has over 17 years of work experience with multinationals, international and national- not for profit and philanthropic organizations. She joined NATHEALTH in 2019 and has been managing membership engagement, membership expansion and resource generation along with managing the CSR portfolio. She plays a significant role in overall growth and development of the organization. In her previous assignments at the Bill & Melinda Gates Foundation, Kailash Satyarthi Children’s Foundation, Cairn Energy (Vedanta) and NCAER she played a key role in establishing collaborations and managing partnerships with key government, public and private sector stakeholders along with mentoring complex teams. She has versatile experience in working with senior management and managing their offices as Chief of staff.  While working with human rights and development organizations she was part of various movements like Right to food and Right to work and has also published a book on Girl child. She also had a brief stint with All India Radio.

Regional Lead South, NATHEALTH

Ipshita Dey has 17+ years of experience in all facets of Healthcare management including Quality across Medical, Pharmaceutical, Hospital, Home care and Healthcare consulting firms. Her expertise lies in implementing best practices and building Quality, Business Processes and Learning & development functions from ground up.

She started career from a healthcare consulting firm with a focus on Hospital planning, organizational assessments, Public Health, and commissioning of hospitals.

She has Headed Quality and Learning and development functions handling conceptualization of product process, transformation of the existing processes into business excellence through COEs. Was part of automation team responsible for business processes, continual Quality improvement for homecare & Pharma division of Portea. She has headed the Quality function of Apollo home care in the recent past.

She is a member of the technical committee of QAI for defining the home healthcare guidelines at National level. Her technical skills include NABH, ISO 9001:2008, ISO 27001, QAI, Legal & statutory requirements of Healthcare company.

Secretary General, NATHEALTH

Siddhartha brings over twenty years of leadership experience in health, technology and technology enabled services sector across India and USA. Siddhartha has demonstrated his leadership credentials in both Public and Private Sectors in India where he has been responsible for strategic advisory services, operational delivery and technology leadership in the health sector.

Siddhartha worked most recently with ACCESS Health International, a leading global health think tank and advisory group with a mission to improve access to high quality, affordable healthcare for people everywhere. As Country Director in India, he was responsible for organizational leadership and worked extensively in areas that drove scalable innovation in healthcare systems, delivery, financing, and technology. Siddhartha led the think tank, advisory services, implementation support and innovation transfer programs of ACCESS Health India office and drove the functional integration with global offices.

Prior to ACCESS Health, Siddhartha worked with Emergency Management and Research Institute (GVK EMRI), where he served as Chief Operating Officer and Technology Head for four years. He oversaw the design, development, and delivery of health outreach services, which resulted in improved delivery of emergency health services across multiple states and union territories in India. Mr. Bhattacharya has also held prior leadership positions at Dell, Inc. (USA), Dell International Services (India), Philips (India), and the Government of Kerala, where he was Chief Executive Officer of Information Technology parks across the state.
